Project Sales Manager
-Achieve the B2B sales target of residential & commercial air-conditioner, electrical and consumer electronics projects.
-Lead, coach, motivate and build a high performing sales team by identifying key targets.
-Work closely with Project Sales members to assist, develop and implement the project channel growth and strategy in effort to drive profitable sales and pipeline growth.
-Organize the sale team and lead all regional project sales and business support demand creation to closing the sales.
-Daily and weekly meetings.
-Daily monitor and managed pipeline activities.
-Proactively seek out specification opportunities, create specifications and project proposal.
-Develop key relationship with designers, architect, developers, contractor, hospitality, and residential builds/developer key communications.
-Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
-Participate in corporate business development activities.
-Report status
