• Arrange parts according to the team did the actual work
• Keep accurate record of all parts that give to technician with actual work both in and out of warranty
• Checking parts and give a price to technician team for make a work or actual charge
• Checking all work that need to make an order for more parts to use with PO and Good receives documents and in system
• Having a good cooperate with service admin at province
• Checking and follow up of all in and out stock with accurate documents
• Arrange all parts to put in stock with accurate preparation
• Follow up and protect of parts and products of both in stock and in system
• Make an order of all materials in system and actual in time
• Keep checking on order work that will be on time or not
• Cooperate to counting stock with expertise at the end of month
