_Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standard in assign area
_Develop and maintain an effective activities schedule and ensure compliance to time frame
_Analyze stores/dealer observation programs and validate various store process
_Coordinate with customers/dealers and design team various décor plan and provide upgrade
_Monitor all placements for stores/dealer sections and allocate resources appropriately
_Monitor all advertising sign board for department and ensure cleanliness
_Maintain a neat and clean store area at all the times
_Monitor and prepare plan and request of marketing material and POPs
_Maintain and develop good customer service program and effective selling network
_Planning and develop for stores/dealers branding visibility
_Support marketing team for any event need
_Monthly, quarterly and yearly report by section of improving and did by merchandise team
_Bachelor degree in business management or any related field
_At least 2-year experience in marketing
_Knowledge of electronic or high technology product
_Understanding of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
_Excellent morality & professionalism
_Very good in interpersonal relationship
_High patient and strong commitment
_Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
_Travel to province
