_Preparing class training aligned with training schedule
_Preparing Tool training aligned with tool guideline
_Checking products arranged, POP display, and shop facility
_Monitoring product’s price (update revised price if require)
_Collate feedback from sales and customers
_Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
_Managing & monitoring progress promoter after training by monthly and quarterly
_Ensure own brand shop target achievement
_Ensure shop operation run smoothly
_Ensure product display, POP and product delivery on time
_Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
_Ensure any problem from sale can be solving on time.
_Ensure that you can support other department
_Bachelor degree in Management (Sales & Marketing is preferable)
_2-year experiences in Sales and marketing, operation, or equivalent
_Knowledge of integrated marketing & communication
_Skill in services commercializing, & business communicating
_Skill in business development & services development
_Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Ms. Office 2015)
_Excellent morality & professionalism
_Very good in interpersonal relationship
_High patient and strong commitment
_Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
_Soundness of leadership
