_Ensure branch’s operation are run smoothly
_Ensure brand shop target are met the plan
_Ensure all seasonal promotion and activities are plan and implement smoothly
_Ensure brand shop and team to execute company plan accurately
_Managing & monitoring all branch operations
_Staffing (recruiting, training, coaching, and compliance)
_Planning promotional activities to increase traffic flow for branch shop
_Bachelor degree in Management (Sales & Marketing is preferable)
_At least 1-year experience in Sales and marketing, operation, or equivalent
_Knowledge of integrated marketing & communication
_Skill in services commercializing, & business communicating
_Skill in business development & services development
_Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
_Excellent morality & professionalism
_Very good in interpersonal relationship
_High patient and strong commitment
_Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
_Soundness of leadership
