• Issue Invoice and Receipt for Customer correctly
• Follow up with AR Collection (Customer who make deposit)
• Daily Sales report (Sending it via email to whom are related this task)
• Welcome customer with LG Smile & be friendly with customer all times
• Checking (Sales Order) with Sales Consultant & Stock Controller before Goods is delivered
• Making Promotion Reports, Sending to whom they may concern
• Ensure Invoice / Receipt issued to customer is correctly with confirmed price
• Ensure Price Sales out and standard price are consistent (Double check with Price list and Price in system)
• Ensure that SO (Sales order form is done by sale man, then check stock whether goods available or not)
• Ensure Customer information in collected in order to fill up in system
• Ensure payments have to be deposited in GGEAR Bank account depend on Sale Date
• Ensure AR is follow up with customer did not completely pay
• Ensure Sale & Promotion Reports are sent daily
• Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferable
• 2-year experience in Accountant or Sales and Marketing
• Knowledge of integrated marketing & communication
• Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Ms. Officer 2015)
• Excellent morality & professionalism
• Very good in interpersonal relationship
• High patient and strong commitment
• Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
