Position	:	MVAC Design Engineer
Salary	:	Negotiable
Location	:	Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities

Preparing of concept, schematic, design development, tender drawings and construction drawings.
To realize site inspection and project specifications & drawings analysis.
To provide technical support to the sales team in the negotiation of the contract.
To prepare construction document to be forwarded to the site including bill of quantity of equipment, construction drawings and technical specifications.
Ensure all design calculation are correspondent to local code requirement or international standard.
Undertake site visit and inspection if required.
Liaise with construction team for site inspection if required.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering, Mechanical or others related field
At least 1-years experiences in Engineer Design
Able to priorities tasks with good time management skill and strong project management skill
Good communication, analytical & negotiation skills, and able to work with a range of project stakeholders, contractors and clients
Be able to communicate in English and well understand about computer literacy
Excellent morality & professionalism
Very good in interpersonal relationship & Curiosity, Result-Oriented, and player
